- Account details: name, email, phone number, and pickup/delivery address.
- Order details: pickup windows, bag counts, weight, service preferences, and order photos.
- Payment information: processed and stored directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited and app interactions, used to keep the service working correctly.
How we use it
- To schedule and fulfill your laundry pickups and deliveries.
- To charge for orders and subscriptions via Stripe.
- To send order status updates and account emails (via Resend).
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that power our operations — Stripe (payments), Supabase (account and order data storage), and Resend (transactional email) — each bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your choices
You can review or update your account details at any time by logging in. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email info@thehappyhamperlaundryco.com.
