How is my order priced?
Standard wash & fold is $1.50/lb with a 25 lb minimum. Same-day express is $2.75/lb. Bags are just for our drivers to know what to grab — billing is always by weight.
Do I need to subscribe?
No. Standard wash & fold has no contract — book a pickup whenever you need one. Subscriptions just lower your per-lb cost if you're a regular.
When does my card get charged?
After your order is weighed in at intake, not before — you'll always know the total reflects what you actually sent.
